Black Bear Inn & Suites
The rooms were clean, everyone there was very informative about all the questions we had and we got to see a bear in the hotel parking lot between 9 and 10 p.m. every night, from our balcony.🐻 They have a Continental breakfast with eggs, biscuits,gravy, sausage links,potatoes, cereal, muffins, oatmeal,juice, coffee and waffles that were in shape of a bear!

Great hotel!
I have stayed at this hotel on three different occasions. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful with recommending things to do around town. I also love the location. However, my #1 reason for loving this hotel is the jacuzzi in the suite. Definitely recommend.
Great location. Clean room and good breakfast.
We were here for the Church of God Kidfest at the convention center and it’s a great walking location to that and just about everything else in Gatlinburg. We were on the 6th floor and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. The kids really enjoyed the indoor heated pool since it rained almost the entire trip.
Exceptional Service from the staff!!
I was very impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, specially the receptionists, they were very friendly and also very helpful, the maids ensured our room was immaculate on a daily basis.Also my child left his backpack at the hotel, and they were able to arrange everything for us to get our backpack back home as quickly as they could ,we are really appreciated ! Thank you very much! We will certainly be staying here again!!
Location!
We have been staying here 4 to 6 times a year for several years. Never had any problems. Very clean, great staff and start the day off with a wonderful breakfast. Location is great as it is right on the strip in Gatlinburg. We love the rooms that offer your own fire pit. Highly, highly recommend.
Wonderful Room
My daughter-in-law and I went to Pigeon Forge for a little Christmas Shopping. We were there the first week in November. Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beds were great, very comfortable. Breakfast bar had a big verity of foods and you could order a special omelet of your choice. They also had Krispy Kreme donuts. We enjoyed our stay very much.
