1. Anakeesta

Once you reach the top, you’ll step into Firefly Village, which is full of things to do. The views of the mountains from Anakeesta are beautiful, especially from the areas where you can take it all in from rocking chairs. See the mountain views in an exciting way through the Dueling Ziplines or on a ride on the mountain coaster. Your kids will have fun playing on the playground, and to see the beauty of nature up close, go through the Treetop Skywalk. Coming later this year, you will have even better views of the mountains on the 360-degree observation tower that is part of the expansion at Anakeesta!
2. Gatlinburg SkyLift Park
A classic attraction in Gatlinburg TN that provides you with incredible mountain views is the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park. You can’t miss the bright yellow and orange chairlift along the Strip. Ride to the top of Crockett Mountain, then walk onto the SkyDeck. There are a ton of places where you can sit and enjoy the views of the mountains, from rocking chairs to benches. You can take pictures with bear statues or enjoy the babble of the man made waterfall. You also won’t want to miss crossing the SkyBridge, where you’ll have unique mountain views you won’t find anywhere else as you walk across and on the other side at the observation deck. 3. Gatlinburg Space Needle
If you want to visit an attraction in Gatlinburg TN that has 360 degree mountain views, you should go to the top of the Gatlinburg Space Needle. This tower is 400 feet tall, and you’ll ride to the top in a glass elevator, seeing downtown Gatlinburg get smaller as you get closer to the top. Once you’re in the observation deck, you can walk around the whole Space Needle for amazing views of the mountains that will take your breath away. There are viewfinders so you can see even farther and plenty of interesting information about the national park in the deck as well.
4. Ober Gatlinburg
If you take the Aerial Tram from downtown to Ober Gatlinburg, you’ll see beautiful mountain views from 11,000 feet in the air. These trams hold as many as 120 people, carrying them from downtown Gatlinburg to Ober Ski Resort. The tram travels over 2 miles, giving you 20 minutes of looking at the Smoky Mountains. Even when you ski at the resort, you’ll have beautiful views of the mountains!
