The service operates on a daily basis, providing a free and easy way to get around Gatlinburg. Rather than dealing with traffic headaches and paying for parking, hop aboard the trolley to access all of your favorite destinations throughout the city!
2. Multiple Trolley Routes
The Gatlinburg Trolley offers 4 color-coded routes, including the Red Route that runs right past our hotel! You can ride along this route to destinations along River Road, Airport Road, and Cherokee Orchard Road or head to the Gatlinburg Welcome Center and Mass Transit Center. From here, you can connect to the other routes aboard the Gatlinburg Trolley or connect to the Pigeon Forge Trolley. Keep in mind that the Pigeon Forge Trolley is operated separately by the City of Pigeon Forge, and a nominal fare is charged for their Gatlinburg Welcome Center route.
3. Convenient Stops to Board Trolleys
You can board the Gatlinburg Trolley at many locations throughout the city – just look for the Street Trolley sign! There are a pair of trolley stops adjacent to our hotel, one which is directly in front of the Park Grill and the other in front of Calhoun’s. This locator map allows you to click on any stop to display the estimated arrival time for a trolley traveling on that particular route.
